• D-Panthenol
• Amino acid complex Norbimatoprost
• Hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycan
• Hyaluronic acid

Direction for use
First, clean the eye with a suitable cleanser thoroughly. Then apply a sufficient amount of Elnoir® Eyelashes serum on the eyelash line. Wait a few minutes for the serum to be absorbed by the eyelash hairs. Do this process once a night. Make sure that the serum does not get into the eyes and if this happens, rinse your eyes thoroughly with water. Do not apply the serum on the injured areas of the skin. It usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to see the visible effects, and the maximum effect is usually seen after 16 weeks of continuous serum use.
