TEAR-I\u00ae<\/span><\/h2>

\u00a0What TEAR-I is and what it is used for<\/span>
TEAR-I<\/strong> is a slightly viscose solution that acts an artificial tear. It is used to treat dry eyes caused by a lack of natural tears in the eyes. Replacement of the missing natural tears whit a TEAR-I helps to soothe and lubricate your eyes and provide relief from irritation. It can also be used in patients who have artificial eyes. TEAR-I<\/strong> will help keep your eyes comfortable.<\/span>
How to use TEAR-I<\/span>
The usual dose is 1 or 2 drops of the solution in the corner of the eyes, nearest the nose, as often as is required during the day. Always use TEAR-I<\/strong> exactly as recommended. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. <\/span>
\u00a0Instruction for use<\/span>
<\/span><\/strong>\u2022 Wash your hands before you start.<\/span>
\u2022 Twist of the bottle cap.<\/span>
\u2022 Look upwards and gently pull down the lower eyelid.<\/span>
\u2022 Hold the TEAR-I<\/strong> bottle just above your eye and gently squeeze until some liquid falls in to the gap between your eyeball and lower eyelid<\/span>
\u2022 Release the lower eyelid and move your eye, while open to ensure the solution covers the eye completely. <\/span>
\u2022 Repeat the process in the other eye if necessary.<\/span>
What TEAR-I contains<\/span>
<\/strong><\/span>The active ingredients are polyvinyl alcohol 14 mg\/ml. <\/span>
The other ingredients are Disodium edetate, Hydroxy ethyl cellulose , disodium hydrogen phosphate 12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2H2O, Sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride and purified water. <\/span>
