How to use TAYCIM-I drops
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
The recommended dose is one or two drops in the infected eye up to 6 times a day.
What TAYCIM-I drops are and what they are used for
Category: Antibactrial
TAYCIM-I drops contain gentamicin sulfate which belongs to a group of medicines called aminoglycoside antibiotics.
TAYCIM-I is used to treat bacterial infections in the eye and to prevent infections in an injured eye.
Instructions for use
If you wear soft contact lenses, they must be removed during treatment of the eyes with TAYCIM-I drops.
What you need to know before you use TAYCIM-I drops
Caution !!
Do not use TAYCIM-I if you:
• Are allergic (hypersensitive) to gentamicin or any other of the ingredients of this medicine.
• Are wearing soft contact lenses. These should be removed whilst you are using TAYCIM-I drops.
